Our story
We have a variety of experience and expertise within our Onchan based office that no other Managing Agent can offer.
The history of Sterling Property Management starts with two companies.
The original Sterling Property Management Limited was set up in early 2016 as a subsidiary of the Sterling Group, founded in 1995, with it’s Principals having many years’ experience in property management, accounting and secretarial work.
That company merged with DD Management Limited which had been established in 2000 and was, at the time of the merger already the Islands largest Managing Agents business.
Having merged the two companies as part of the Sterling Group, Sterling Property Management Limited is the premier Managing Agent for Property Management Companies and provides a wide range of services and support both directly through Property Management but with the additional support of the wider Sterling Group.
