How we manage finance

As Managing Agent we assist the Managing Company in collecting funding.

As Managing Agent Sterling Property Management assists the Management Company in collecting the funding required to meet the costs of providing the services stipulated within the lease (“Service Charges”).

We assist by:

Issuing invoices for service charges including their collection.
Supplier / Contractor payments and effective record control.
Preparing an Annual Expenditure budget, including the provision of a sinking fund where appropriate, for consideration and approval.
Preparing Annual Accounts when requested to do so or if required by the Lease.
Creating a robust financial control framework including bank account reconciliations and sign off.
